Job Profile Summary

"Position Objective:
This role supports local transactional and venue business including small events that do not warrant a Project Manager, Live Events. It also serves as a back-up for a Project Manager, Live Events at large events. The role involves travel. The Field Service Technician, Live Events performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs in the safest and most effective way possible with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid equipment downtime."

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Trade school or college degree (bachelor or associates) preferred
• Basic Diesel engine repair
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of rental construction equipment
• Ability to use mechanic's tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment problems
• Able to communicate equipment status to customers onsite and determine whether equipment needs to be replaced
• Maintain all CMV requirements of position
• Must maintain brand commitments of equipment
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• May require up to 100% travel
• Available for on-call services as scheduled

Base Pay Range: $22.85 - 31.41
